  One of the nicest looking McDonald’s ever but apart from that genuine house fire, takes 30 minutes at least to get your food they made my burger wrong TWICE after the second one I gave up and ate it but like seriously.

  i came in RIGHT before close, and isaac was SO KIND and courteous- an amazing and positive employee who seems like he genuinely cares about every person who comes through- get this man a raise ASAP. best part of my night!

  Mobile orders. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ They have never been right. Ever. Unfortunately my kids like McDonald’s and this is the closest one. The app makes ordering easy, but they just can’t get an order right. Like never ever ever ever. They are polite most of the time, but when you’re missing items, it’s annoying and inconvenient. McDonald’s is not cheap. Now we count our items before we pull off so we don’t have to make two trips. Last time I counted and told them I was missing two burgers. They asked which ones and I didn’t know without opening each one. Then they realized they forgot the two quarter pounders before I unwrapped them all. Fries were frozen by the time the order was right. Today I told my husband not to pull off without counting. Guess what? A quarter pounder was missing. 😂 Then they charge .29 for extra sauce but forget those too. Last time I called because I’m over second trips and they told me they don’t do different days and I had to return now. Just forget it. I’ll just continue to hold up the line and count items at the window.

  Absolutely blown away by the quality of service at this wondrous establishment. Thank you, Mr. McDonald for creating such a glorious experience for your customers. I came in search of one thing - Judacious Hopps. I had been to various locations who all turned me away. I had four disgusting slimy snakes under my belt, and no Hopps. I called this establishment late into the night with low hopes - and they were more than happy to assist me. To my wondrous delight, they had my beloved Judy. I raced to the building, and there she was. My beauty. Thank you, Mr. McDonald. I will never forget this.
