When I finally asked her if she was going to take my order the employee walked away. I left the store upset and did not place an order. This was horrible customer service!

Not only were they unwilling to help me figure out how to get a refund (because I ordered on the app) but they were very rude and dismissive. The store is clearly unprepared for this kind of situation and they have no interest in helping customers. They didn’t even offer an alternative, they just wanted to keep my money. They told me I had to “deal with it in the app” and let me tell you, Dunkin’s app doesn’t offer returns or refunds, both of their customer service phone numbers are disconnected and the virtual bot won’t even connect to a human representative. I will no longer give Dunkin any of my money.
