  I grew up in Chicago where Dunkin has been around for years, so I know how donuts and coffee should be from a Dunkin store. I have given Jenison Dunkin multiple chances. They have made my specialty drink wrong the past 3 visits. I got my kids a chocolate iced drink last time and it tasted like they did not wash out the blender from the previous drink. It had to be thrown away. The donut selection is poor and the donuts come out tasting stale/off. This is a poor excuse for a Dunkin. Needs new management or a big overhaul. Especially when it’s trying to compete with Starbucks, Biggby and local coffee and donut shops. Will NOT be back to this location. Do better.

  Gave me two wrong coffees and I got attitude. Coffee tasted like fishy squirt?????

  My kids would say "the pink donuts are the best!" Some good breakfast choices. Decent amount of donut varieties. Tasty seasonal drinks. Kind servers.

  Went into the store to order to place an order. Employee was talking to two friends and kept customer’s waiting. When I finally asked her if she was going to take my order the employee walked away. I left the store upset and did not place an order. This was horrible customer service!
