I live 3 miles away and they've never before mentioned that I'm outside of their delivery range, throughout the course of the multiple other orders I've had delivered here. It would be more understandable if they had mentioned this beforehand along with one of my other orders, or even if they had called right away and explained that they couldn't deliver to me, however even confirming that I've had multiple deliveries here before the only explanation they could give was that none of the drivers felt like delivering my order this time. The Domino's website doesn't give me any options for other locations, nor does it even warn me that I might be out of the delivery range of the location it has me placing an order for, so I can't really be ordering food from a place that may or may not be in the mood to actually fulfill my order.

To give some perspective, a competitor in Grandville pleasantly took my order and upon arriving to pick it up had 8 people working and one nice lady solely at the POS taking orders; a well oiled machine with excellent customer service. I know who’ll be receiving my business from now on.

The sauce that you could taste, anyway. One pizza was so dry, the sausages coulda rolled right off. Food was re-made...still bad.
