  In general I think the Wendy's chain has went downhill. This particular location does the best they can with staffing. Food was mixed. The fries were fresh the chicken on the sandwich luke warm. The dining room and outside the building is filthy. Literally 100s of cigarette butts outside the enterance. They also don't have brewed iced tea. The fountain stuff is trash so I end up paying for water

  Love Wendy's food they can be expensive but have bargain bag meals that make it affordable.

  Did a mobile pick up order, go to pick it up and got asked to pull up bc they’re waiting on fries. Ok nbd. Then 10 minutes go by and a worker comes out and tells me that when bringing my food out she slipped and fell from the wet floor… 🙃 okay cool.. I wait another 10-15 minutes just for them to bring my food out COLD, no sauce and missing fries 😂😂😂😂😂😂 total joke. Won’t be back anytime soon.

  The Manager at Wendy's tonight upset me a little bit because my app wasn't working correctly and rather than show me how to address it or possibly give me a discount or reward as compensation...just offered to take my order instore...That being said...I want to commend her for being happy and when I realized I had a broken cup...she saw me standing at the counter, as busy as they were and replaced my cup. I Do want to say...I'm ordering for 4 kids, 2 adults and they all want it special, not just no mustard or like that...it's this, this, this, this and...BUT...ELIZABETH...NEVER SKIPPED A BEAT...NEVER STOPPED SMILING and hit it out of the park with my $70 order...and even thanked me for coming in rather than jumping the counter and screaming like I prolly woulda...Thank You LADIES...AMAZING SERVICE and the food was ALL fresh and fries perfect...and the frosting and sized up fries, drinks and about 50 sandwich edits...LOL...I can Always count on this Wendy's
