- DXDerek XMar 27, 20261.0I have never had a bad experience at a taco bell, taco bell is my favorite place to eat & the food is delicious. But never say never, today's experience was horrible, for 1 we waited almost an hour for our food in the dining area, the employees never came out to tell us the fryers were down or offering to make us something else in its place, 2 I asked to speak to a manager and an employee wouldn't allow it. 3 the pop tasted like it was made with bad water. 4 when my wife finally got her food it wasnt correct, it was a small cheesy potato and not the steak guac fries so we had to wait again for them to make the correct order. Again I dont have a problem with the taco bell franchise but this store and its employees needs a serious make over.

She was very sweet and welcoming, professional, and outgoing! She was a breath of fresh air in fast food customer service and her positive attitude and smile were so nice to see and very appreciated!
