- AHAtyia Hendon6 days ago1.0We stop at Qdoba in Jackson, Michigan right by the outlet! The website displayed it closed at 11pm, however we walked in around 8:30pm. Not greeted, employee's completely didn't acknowledge that we were standing in line, they just kept cleaning! They were out of all veggies, sauces , and sides, which we didn't understand because they didn't close until 11pm?? The employee's had on head scarfs and bonnets, COMPLETELY unprofessional! When you work at an establishment please dress accordingly, we don't want to see head scarfs and bonnets!!!! SERVICE was horrible, we WILL NOT BE BACK!

Three orders in a row that were all conviently not rung up on their end lol, yeah I bet. Maybe sell one of your boats and get someone who knows how to do technology past 2010. Go to Chilangos, Luceros, Acapulco, or los tres lmao. Don't do takeout either. Subway adjacent goyslop. 🤤👍

After placing an online order and waiting 30 mins past the “your order will be ready” time I received the food and it was incorrect. The person making the online orders had no urgency in preparing the food and the line kept growing. All together I waited 50 minutes for incorrect food. If I could have canceled the order I would have and taken my business elsewhere. Another person left without receiving their order due to the waiting time length.This establishment needs to be addressed by upper management immediately!
