  We have a special needs grandson who gets a cookie there everyday. All the staff are very kind to him. Everyone is awesome.

  Worst service ever. Not even a friendly greeting when you walk inside or smile. nor a thank you have a good day when you get your food. Do better. Or find a way to have nice staff at least.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Panera location. I ordered a Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack and when I went to take a bite, I found a long black hair inside my sandwich. It completely ruined my meal and honestly made me feel sick to my stomach. Food safety should be the bare minimum at any restaurant, especially one that markets itself as fresh and high quality. What’s even more concerning is that the employees preparing food weren’t wearing hair nets or even tying their hair back. Basic hygiene standards clearly aren’t being followed, and this situation proves it

  Tables were dirty. Once we received our order we both had a couple of crumbles of chicken on our sandwich. Paid $17 for pick two for a sandwich with pretty much bread and toppings. Do yourself a favor go next door to McCalisters.
