  I ordered food this morning and the total was $9.58. The lady running the drive thru must have gave herself a dollar tip because my card was charged $10.58. I tried to call but no one answered. She didn’t offer me a receipt now I know why. Because she tipped without my knowledge. Ask for receipts if you go here.

  This is not the first time this has happened. I specifically asked for not folded egg, extra bacon that I was charged 1.99 for and extra breakfast sauce that I was also charged extra for just to not get what I paid for to some of you 2.38 is nothing but to me it is. Also, when I called the phone just rang and rang. It’s not hard to follow a screen that tells you what someone wants and doesn’t want. Oh and not to mention the person running the window was very rude did not even acknowledge that I was at the window while talking to the coworker.

  If I could give zero stars I would. There's no reason to be messing up orders as bad as they do as this establishment. Why are the McChicken's old and cold, why do I have pickles on a burger that I asked for no pickles, even though THE STICKER IS ON THE BOX FOR NO PICKLES? Why do I have a hard bun? How are they not able to do the most basic things in the fast food industry? I ask for tomato's on my McChicken, it's an easy ask, never happens. Why do I have to tell 3 separate workers that I didn't order 1 coke, I ordered 2 and still have to pay for it? I don't understand how HARD it is to look at a screen and read? Don't waste your time here, they won't know what to do with your order.

  How, how do you forget a hash brown when I only have 2 items? This is like the 4th time this location has done this. Then they forgot my wife’s 2 hash browns last week. Do you not verify what you put in the bag? Ridiculous.

  Ordered on the app so that we could get the points. I don’t usually have an issue with my order at this location. My husband got a triple cheeseburger meal with an additional triple cheese burger then I got the $5cchicken meal.. the two triple cheeseburgers with supposed to be no pickle or mustard. both had everything on it. one was a triple the other was a double made with old patties wrapped in a triple wrapper.. i was missing the 4 piece nugget with the meal but i wasn’t to worried about it.. we tried calling the store four times and no answer..
