The food is, well typical Wendy's fast food. But the employees are the stars of the show. Just went through drive thru for lunch. Was advised I'd have a 6 min wait on tenders, no problem. Waited. The lady came & checked on me, I believe her name is Tasha. Said she would check on it & be back. Next thing I know she's back with cash in hand giving me a refund cause my order was not put in or something. & Then said just wait we will still give you your food. Waited, they brought me my food, with a genuine apology and gave me 4 tenders instead of 3. The food was fresh & hot even the fries. Always greeted with kindness & professionalism from anyone who works here & they go above & beyond for their customers. In a world that customer service is tanking, they absolutely deserve a raise & more. My only hope is someone that is able to do that reads this. Great job ladies & thank you!!!
