We had to remind them of the whole order to make sure we had everything and then I go to eat my sandwich and it's literally as hard as a hockey puck and so was the bacon. This Wendy's is always hit or miss. I'll drive across town the next time I suppose, if I'm ever hungry for Wendy's again.

The manager tonight was openly rude, confrontational, and embarrassingly unprofessional in front of her own employees. You could tell the staff was uncomfortable, which says everything about the leadership in that store. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the food was cold and the place was filthy. Basic standards weren’t met on any level. After reading other reviews, it’s obvious this behavior is a pattern, not a one-off bad night. This manager is actively driving customers away, and I can’t imagine how much business she’s costing the owner. I will never return, and I strongly suggest ownership pays attention before more customers do the same. Oh and it was the old looking lady with blonde hair and blue eyes if that narrows it down.
