Nicole helped me figure out the best options and amount I needed. It was needed sooner than the normal 24hrs to be ready, but Nicole did not hesitate to make sure she’d have it prepared the next morning by 10am! She even gave me her contact info in case I needed it. She provided extra sauces, etc also. She literally went above and beyond! Saved me so so much time and energy to feed my little family reunion and everyone enjoyed the variety! Thanks a bunch!

- DKDebbie KirklandJul 5, 20251.0Walked into the airport Road store on July 5 at 5:00 PM 2025 and being the only customer in there could not get service and was left standing for nine minutes while an employee was seasoning bread and she never once turned around to acknowledge our presence, and left us standing unattended, and we left, and the door chimed quite loudly, and she still said nothing as we walked away unattended, and we chose another restaurant to have dinner. This is the second time we have walked away. from that subway not getting served in three months and we won’t be back.
