I got 13 bagels and from what I’ve seen of them and from the one I ate, I’m nervous about all the others I just froze. The cinnamon crunch bagel tasted like play-doh because it was raw. The asiago bagels have been pathetic. Tiny, weirdly domed, and hardly any cheese most of the time. The one I took a photo of was just insanely small. Also, screw Panera for decreasing the size of cream cheese cups but keeping them at $2/cup. That’s wild.

The very rude lady just wouldn't listen and kept cutting me off! They applied the bogo to the cookie she said. She jet saying it didn't apply to sandwiches. WRONG!!! My husband got his bogo 2nd sandwich for $5 in Lansing today at noon! I won't go back to that location. Sorry...and when your arguing with customers...try not to yell or shout so loudly!
