  I like Outbacks in general, but this particular restaurant is exceptionally bad. Steaks not cooked properly and covered in gristle. What's frustrating is I can remember not long ago this restaurant was great, but they have since come under new ownership/management and the food quality and customer service have taken a complete nosedive. Save yourself the time, some money, and a big headache/stomach ache and go to Texas Roadhouse a half mile up the road.

  I ordered the biggest steak they offer. It had to be at least four or five ounces shy of what is advertised. I ordered it medium rare. It was served to me medium. The advertise delmonico quality ribeye. While I was expecting premium quality and taste, the cut I was served was well below average. It was not the best experience.

  Absolute trash! Over seasoned, over salted. Couldn’t even bother to cut the chicken or devein the lobster. Waste of $100

  Hey I already get some seafood and give me like a bad allergy I don’t know what kind of lobster are u putting in the menu, Cz this never happens before to me with seafood 🙏🏻

  It's hard to give a better rating, or even a decent review, to a restaurant when you can't even get anyone to look at you long enough to take your name to be seated. Even when my husband asked what the wait would be (after waiting almost 5 minutes to even be acknowledged we were standing in front of the hostess station), we had to wait for an answer for a solid minute and a half. There was no "We'll be right with you." No "Sorry about the wait." No "It's a little busy tonight; give me two minutes." No eye contact. At. All. I don't expect we'll be going back.
