Drive thru workers were very rude today! Came through for breakfast & The girl at the speaker rudely asked me “what my order was”when I told her I had a mobile order, very monotone - told me to pull up in a rude voice as well. get to the 2nd window & the girl who handed me my food & drink was rude too! She opened the window & handed me my frappe not saying “hello” “good morning” said NOTHING. I thanked her- she didn’t say a word. Comes back a few seconds later with my food, I thanked her again & all I get was a “yup”!!! Not sure if it was same girl or two different girls working but definitely sounded/acted like they hated their job. As a manager at Wendy’s , I know the expectations! Either lighten up & be friendly or stop working in customer service… so sad.

i wanted to put 0 stars but unfortunately im not allowed to. everytime we order let it be through doordash, drive thru, or even dining in, our fries never fail to be cold and barely salted. theres typically at least one item missing and the employees never answer the phone. i just sat here and called around 7-8 times and nobody would answer the phone. its getting to the point where i feel as if i need to call corporate because nobody in there cares about their jobs.

NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER! Airport road Jackson Michigan. I ordered and paid for a medium filet of fish meal COOKED TO ORDER asked for no cheese. When I got to work 3 minutes away I open the food to eat and I have a small fry n pop and there's a ripped off piece of cheese on the bun. I paid for a medium but got small and the order wasn't even fresh. I didn't have to wait for the fresh fish they had it all bagged up when I got to the window. NOT COOKED TO ORDER. I was told before that the fish meal does not come in small but the fries n drink were small today.

Went here to get the monopoly big mac. Asked for it without the middle bun. When I received it, it was in a salad container with no buns at all. When I asked them to slap some buns around it they got upset. One guy yelled at me "why didn't you just order delivery" then they put it into a quarter pounder box which doesn't have the monopoly sticker. Neither did the large cup they gave me. And as I take a bite, I see that it only has one patty. They were also out of the sauce i wanted.

Food was good for a McDonald's, but the manager couldn't be worse about who they assign to do what. They have some friendly talkative guy apparently on drive through, but the person working the counter is basically an android. Maybe it's just some generational thing where these gen Z kids can't interact normally. There is no "hello", "how can I help" none of that. They just walked towards me in silence, oddly making what seemed to be eye contact the whole time. I think they even maintained it while punching my order in. It was weird for sure. Obviously this person isn't a people person and should be in the back or I guess drive through was fine. They spoke, but only the bare minimum. I think they asked if I wanted my receipt and if I want to round up. They even leaned against the wall as I ordered. It was basically telling me to screw myself with body language. I get it that the general public sucks, so I don't work with them, but when I did, I could at least pretend. This is just more reason to replace them with robots if they can't even provide some sort of human interaction.
