  Went thru the drive thru. The main menu doesn’t have the flamethrower chicken strips on it. Then when I order, they are out of lemonade, Dr. Pepper, and Sprite. I get up to the window finally and the kids inside are goofing off and texting on their phones. The girl who hands me food barely says anything to me. Maybe she’s mute? That is, after I waited 10 minutes at the window for my fast food. Worst DQ ever. Go take lessons from Marshall’s DQ: quick and friendly.

  Extremely cold eating area! Food was cold! POP dispenser didn’t work and the pop was stale! Terrible experience! Tried to write a review on the website and couldn’t send it

  Was ignored for 30 minutes while waiting for my food, after she gave us a dirty look for waiting and trying to get her attention. Wasn’t even done when they marked it as completed. Terrible.

  I ordered on line got a bunch of stuff ordered a shake with no whip cream they took it behind the wall and took off the whip ceeam the guy at the window with his bedazzled pants walked away complaining because I asked to have my shake remade every employee had a bad attitude this was around 945 pm last nite 02/08/26 I really think this place needs a new nite staff

  My daughter loves the greasiness of their burgers 🍔.. for being as busy as they are,, they’re pretty quick on getting your order out to you unless there’s something major going on. I also like the fact that they still tip the blizzards upside down to show you how thick it is and that it’s not gonna fall!! Doing exactly what they’re known for 😊
