- ARApril RoseOct 28, 20251.0So I stopped by after work on Tuesday October 28th around 330pm, ordered 2 orders of the pretzel sticks and queso. And this is how they were served, the queso didnt even have the lids secured to the cup of cheese, so when I got the bag and went to pull the cheese out on my way home hot queso spilled all over my hands and lap. How does this get by 2 different people and not one of them realize that the queso cups dont even have the lids on them. Wouldn't have been so bad if the cheese wouldn't have been all over me and the bottom of the bag. Takes 2 seconds to secure a sauce lid and another 2 seconds for the drive thru worker to dbl check and make sure extremely hot liquid cheese won't be spilled on the customer.
