  every trip I made to Dairy Queen and placed an order, I’m always getting the wrong things or never get the things I ordered.

  Me and my family are done going to this DQ. Somehow unless the owner is there nothing is made right. An hour ago they tried to hand me someone elses order. Then took the scream back and handed to the right person on counter after they had already handed it to me. It should have been thrown out. All the while my fries are sitting there getting cold. When i finally do receive my ice cream its already melting to a liquid more like a shake than a blizzard. There was no fudge even though it was supposed to be on top. I also paid for reecees to be added in either the cookie dough and there was only toppings Right On Top. That's it. Its supposed to be a blizzard. But it was basically just vanilla ice cream with a little bit of cookie dough and reecees sitting on top... That's it.... Completely fed up

  Today is free cone day which I was unaware of prior to placing my online order. Upon arriving the line was backed up out of the parking lot into the road. My fiance dropped me at the door so I could go in instead of waiting in he drive through line. I have to say: Was it busy? Heck yes, normally when there's free hand outs for anything it's to be expected. The gentleman working the front counter was nothing short of awesome. He was running a tight ship in the most respectful and polite ways. Very impressive to remain calm cool and collected under pressure. The young lady that handled the order was quick efficient and very polite! I also took note of the hard workers in the back. They were putting in the work. That's the kind of team you want to take care of. Good job guys!!!

  They just start handing me food, not in bags at the drive through. Great start. They gave me a small bag of food, already knew items were gonna be missing. Told them I needed the blizzard and got annoyed look from the drive thru person. ‘Oh I’m sorry, did you want the blizzard I paid for?’ Handed it to me without a lid, actively melting, and closed the window door before I could ask for a drink carrier. I have to hold a blizzard and drive at the same time. Love a challenge. I put it down on my other drinks and it immediately fell. Not even 3 minutes from the place. Pulled into a random lot to clean it up but too late. Decided to check my bag for what’s missing. $13.99 basket of cheese curds not in there. At least my half full large fries were warm. The burger had more sauce on the top of the bun than under the bun. If you want to go somewhere where they don’t care about the customer, this is the place. Awful experience.

  What happened from last summer? The restrooms are horrible and the service cares more about looking at their cellphones then working.
