  Food is ok, but be very VERY CAREFUL when i was there today and placed an order. The forgot to put part of the order in the bag and when I got home to check, it was obviously not there. Called to get a refund for the order, was told I needed to come back in . That wasn't possible as I live more than an hour away. They refused to refund the amount for the missing food, when I asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. This place is absolutely unprofessional and as much money as I paid for this food and as long as I waited there is absolutely no reason I should have been treated this way. I absolutely will never go here again.

  This location has a serious management problem. How do I know this? Faster customers, get their food, faster you get to the revenue. Clearly speed is not a priority at this location waited 30 minutes for my takeout when we ordered in the restaurant when there was no line. After waiting for 30 minutes, we inquired about our order and they could not locate it, and they required our receipt to find it. Oops, they forgot a fry too. This location is truly unique. The only Chick-fil-A in the entire country with this level of speed and service. And not in a good way.

  Wow. Really disappointed in this visit. 1) they got the order wrong, 2)!the chicken wrap had almost no chicken on it and so much black pepper it was essentially inedible. 3) they did try to make it up but providing a regular, fried chicken sandwich on a bun - which was exactly what I was trying to avoid with the wrap, rather than offering to remake the wrap the way it is supposed to be (the way it has been in the past). Amazing things was this was during a slower time in the late morning before lunch rush.

  Order was not correct, too busy to return so ate what was in the bag. Not good, chicken tenders were over cooked and dry. Good thing that wasn't what I wanted anyways because the tenders were so small that the serving would be good for a kids meal. Waffle fries where cold and soggy. The only good part of the combo was the Diet Coke, which I could have got next door at Burger King .

  I consider myself a reasonable person. I understand that when a restaurant opens a learning curve should be expected and that will result in things not being as efficient as they should be. However this restaurant has been open way too long to be as slow as they are. I get that the food is made to order, so to expect to be in line for 5 minutes would be unreasonable. 10 minutes would be fair, but I waited 20 minutes for my food, watched as 7 ( I counted) people behind me received their order before me. Now for those who have never had Chick-fil-A anywhere other than Jackson it may not be as obvious. But for those who know the reputation the chain has for efficiency, this location will forever be a disappointment. When I inquired why my order took so long I was told a BS story. When I pushed back, I was then told the staff missed part of the order on the screen. Never was offered anything for the inconvenience other than a sorry. I contacted the owner/operator; never received a call back. Is the food good? Yes. Does the staff appear friendly? Yes. Is it somewhere you would go if you don’t have 20-25 minutes to wait in line? Hard No.
