  We stop at Buffalo Wild Wing in Jackson, Michigan for carry out! Ordered wings with one server great. However, came back 20 minutes later for pick up, order was completely wrong! Now we wait another 20 minutes only for Sammy the new server to act as if she's annoyed that they messed up our order!! Once order was ready she tossed everything in the bag, no napkins, wet wipes anything! I asked are you sure our sauces and everything we ordered is in the bag?? We get down the road only to find none of the extra sauces or any sauce on the wings! They just fried plain wings and packed them up !!! We paid for extra sauces and seasoned wings! The is unacc When customers pay almost $30-40 for wings and veggies and leave a tip you expect good food and service!! The SERVICE and FOOD was horrible! We will not be BACK!!

  Newer to the area and we have gotten food here twice. Had the same result the first time but thought maybe it was just a bad night, I was wrong. If you’re getting wings just expect them to have little to no sauce for whatever flavor you select. Hard as a rock and cold.

  App deal was decent, however sliders were pretty inedible due to way overcooking. I’ll stick to the wings. Tap beer great selection if your there to Watch a game, or multiple games, but Of course, this is their brand!

  The food was okay, it wasn’t bad, but it definitely wasn’t anything to write home about. The service was great. Our waitress was very nice. The thing that’ll make us not come back is the price. Our bill ended up being $70. We ordered a chicken wrap, with fries and a drink, wings, fries, and a drink. With a $10 tip, this ended up being $70. We definitely won’t be back for that price and with the food not being that great.

  The hostess was awful and not personable at all. We got seated and the dining area was disgusting with food and wrappers all over the floor in our area. The waitress was ok but did not check on us at all and brought refills once the cups were empty. Terrible customer service but the food was good. I paid over $50 and would like to think I could eat in a clean environment without catching an attitude for wanting to dine in. Do better Jackson BWW.
