- THTheresa HigdonJan 24, 20261.0I was at McDonalds at 7:30, 8:00 ish pm on Tuesday, January 20th to pick up a Door Dash order. When I walked in, no one greeted me or came up to the counter to see if i needed to place an order. All of the front of the store staff was standing around the drive through window talking and laughing. No one acknowledged me. After 15 minutes I finally asked if one of the group could help the one kid who was putting the orders together. They didn't apologize, just mocked me as I walked out the door.
