  My pregnant sister went to pick up two family packs and three tacos that were specifically no beef, only lettuce and cheese with her husband from this location. And if anyone knows anything about pregnant ladies: they do NOT play with their food. While ordering they specified this before getting to the window. After receiving this order they checked through and saw that the special order was wrong and there was beef in there. Instead of having the frustrated pregnant lady come in, the husband went in and had them fix the order. They offered the food they had already made as reconciliation, something she wouldn’t eat. They grabbed the food and drove 20 minutes home. While grabbing all the food out for 10 people to eat. She realized her specialized order was yet again, for the third time, wrong. Livid, preggers grabbed the keys and headed 20 minutes there to grab 3 tacos eat them WITHOUT her family, and drive 20 minutes back. Waste of time. Waste of gas. They didn’t offer her anything for her troubles and left her with an entire night of running around and wasting gas for THREE TACOS. This store is unorganized and shows no concern or respect for their customers. The expeditor needs to be expedited out the door. Not a good experience at all.

  Ordered a soft potato taco, cantina chicken hard shell taco, cantina chicken quesodilla, and nacho fries. The soft potato taco had about 4 potatoes, the cantina chicken taco was soft shell, the nacho fries had old refried beans in the container and on the majority of fries, and the quesodilla I recieved was not the cantina chicken one. Super disappointed. If the cashier was confused or didn't hear why not ask for clarification like any good order taker. All my stuff is wrong and it's all Linda's fault. Thanks Linda, NOT!

  I don't ever leave a rating but this man working the drive through definitely deserves a shout out. He's always got positive energy, positive attitude. Not many catch my eye in costumer service but this guy stands out, does a phenomenal job. 10/10 service with him when I come through. He does much better than the day shift in my opinion. I'm sorry day shift😅
