- MCMarquita CargillOct 20, 20251.0I don’t care how nice they were. My problem could have been easily fixed and they refused to do so. I ordered my lunch at 1:25 online and it said it would be ready by 1:45. I go in and they tell me that I’m at the wrong location because they have no orders. I leave and come back because I was at the right location. She then confirmed that I was at the right location. I offer to show them on my phone and asked if they could make the order. Super easy resolution. Another customer came in and had the same issue. In the end they told me they could not make my order and could not give me a refund. Wasted my lunch break and no time to go somewhere else. She made two phone calls and didn’t receive an answer on how to proceed. Super easy resolution, but she continued to tell me that she couldn’t even though I had proof on my phone. They need to be better trained in situations like this.
