The service here is the worst I've ever experienced. The kitchen is disgusting and the wait is always the longest, even with nobody in line. Recently, I made an order here that included a shake and the shake machine was being cleaned (probably because they wanted to leave early) and when I asked the manager for a refund she was unable to give it to me. Like they really took my money for the shake and couldn't provide it and couldn't give me my refund!! This is straight up thievery and I cant wait until this dump is shut down just like Wendy's was that was ran the same way as this arbys.
