  Title: Confusing and Rude Pickup Review: I ordered breakfast through the McDonald’s app, and my friend went to pick it up before I could give him the order number. I was on the phone with him the whole time and could hear the staff member being rude, talking over us, and even accusing my friend of lying about having two sandwiches. They said there was a “glitch in the app,” but the situation could have been handled politely and clearly. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unnecessary.

  The workers often play with your food. Ask for extra? They’re going to give you onion patties and smash it into the bun. Waiting 20+ minutes every time we order. Place order online, but their order update screen is off so you truly never know your food status and they’re marking it as ready 3 seconds after it’s placed so their numbers aren’t bad. Always ICE COLD food before even leaving the building. ALWAYS missing food. I think this is the worst location I’ve been to.

  Came to get my kid a happy meal because they were having a bad day. They just put garbage in happy meals no more no more toys. You just get a cheap basketball card or a cheap puzzle. Nothing that your kid wants to go someplace else.

  Paid for extra sauce. So simple. Didn’t receive it but was charged for it. Food was good! Just missing the sauce I paid for.
