  Poor service. Workers would rather throw food at each other and dance around like fools instead of doing their job and helping customers.

  Ordered a party box for a team event. Added on a couple subs to the order later in the day for same time pick up under the same name. My wife came in to pick up the order and gave the name they just pointed to the shelve. In a rush she picked up a box and bag thinking she had everything just to get to the ballpark to find the separate subs missing. Knowing I wouldn't make it to the store and back before the subs were needed in-between a double header I called to check on delivery. I spoke to the manager who basically blamed it on us when they had part of the order on different shelves and informed me they will not deliver the order?!? Thought you were freaky fast Jimmy Johns??? Easily could have saved the day chose not to and one of the kids was short a sub as a result.

  It’s a hit and miss for drive through service. Check your bag for anything you need including a straw. Wasn’t the first time or the last time I expect this location to forget about utensils, napkins, and a straw. Honestly it’s on me for not checking.

  Ordered online through the mobile app. Arrived 10 minutes later. Took 28 minutes to get 4 total subs - 3 were plain subs!! We sat watching cars in the drive thru arrive and leave one after another. I asked where my food was, they kept saying “it’s coming”. No other communication or apologies for taking so long.
