Burger were like leather and made incorrect. They employees here need to be better trained and how to service food and when to throw food out. That starts at ownership and management level. Fries & chicken nuggets were all ice cold, I only live about 5 mins away. Employe working front counter seemed more concerned about going back around the counter and sitting with her friends that were there then taking my order correctly. Half the time I go to this location the fries and nuggets are cold. Last time I went back thru the driveway to ask for fresh fries and nuggets they acted very annoyed and then made me wait over 15 mins to get fresh ones. I have had it with this Hudsonville Wendy’s. I will Never go back to this place. You can tell from ownership and management they just don’t care or try.
