First of all the kid that was working was great this is no complaint to him but for the higher ups. You only had a few people working a busy dinner rush. I waited 45 minutes for my food. The reason I wanted to get McDonald’s tonight was because I was super excited about the grinch meal. The first mistake understaffed so badly that several people left and honestly I should have been one of them. 2nd mistake I asked for NO onion on my Big Mac! 3rd mistake I never got the dill pickle seasoning for my grinch meal fries honestly the biggest reason I wanted the grinch box and 4th my kids chocolate shake was melted by the time we got it Very disappointed! ☹️
