It was cold and hard, so I decided to check the rest of my order. When I opened my sandwich, I discovered a bite had already been taken out of it. An eyewitness at the time told me that my bag was actually someone else’s food that had been returned because it was messed up and the employee still handed it out to me.. I feel completely disgusted and psychologically disturbed by this experience. I have all the photos and evidence to prove what happened. Absolutely unacceptable. I ended up going in and talking to Andrew, the manager at the time. Got my food redone but wasn’t hungry anymore. ALL of the employees in there were laughing, cussing, and joking around about this situation. Hudsonville location.

He kept a cool head during a busy time. He was fast but strategically so as to be safe. Landon is a legend! If you browse all my other reviews, you will see I'm from Wisconsin. I'm in Michigan for the next couple hours before heading home so I wanted to get a couple reviews in before I go. I only point this out so no one reads my review and thinks I'm a friend trying to make Landon look good. I've never met the guy until today and I only know his name because I asked him for it for this review. I genuinely hope he sees it! 🙂🙂🙂 (For the record, I would absolutely be his friend under different circumstances.)
