We seemed to inconvenience the lady at the window when we pulled up because she couldn’t find our order… it hadn’t been started yet. After waiting to have the food prepared the potion sizes were laughable. The bowls were barely half full with a few shreds of cheese thrown over the top. Go literally anywhere else… you’ll thank me.

I love chipotle's food but the Holland location has let me down significantly on several occasions, with at least 4 instances of me waiting over 30 minutes for my mobile order AFTER the time it was supposed to be ready by. And don't even get me started on the Kentwood location. However, out of the handful of times I've been to this location, the food quality and serving size have been at least as good as I would expect them to be, and the chipotlane is a big plus as well. I have yet to feel jipped about the serving size of my food with mobile orders that many other locations have done, simply because the customer isn't there watching them make it. My experiences so far have more than justified the extra few minutes it takes to get here from my job in Zeeland as opposed to the Holland location. Please don't let me down, Hudsonville!
