  Been going here for a good while and more so recently. It's really in the right direction. Best to dine in or place your order inside. Was welcomed and treated well by PJ who put together my order. Walked out today thinking how good the experience was and worth a review. My earlier review after their original opening month here had critical feedback that in large seems to be addressed.

  I received chunks of cheese that were not shredded and very dried out. They looked like cauliflower. When I brought it to the counter and asked for them to remake it, the workers laughed at me and told me they would lose money and I left feeling humiliated and very unsatisfied. Terrible service.

  I had a really upsetting experience at this Chipotle location recently, and honestly it was the final straw with this store. While ordering food with my two year old, an employee refilling the steam table splashed hot water onto me. It caused a burning sensation and completely caught me off guard. What made it worse was how it was handled. The employee, who I was later told was the manager, barely acknowledged what happened and continued rushing me through my order while I was clearly stunned. When I asked to speak to a manager, she responded loudly and confrontationally, saying, “I am the manager, what do you want.” Instead of showing concern or pausing to make sure I was okay, she became defensive. When I explained that I was still processing what happened, she offered to comp my meal, but it felt dismissive and insincere rather than genuine care. This happened in front of my toddler, which made the situation even more stressful and embarrassing. On top of that, this location consistently has poor service, ridiculously small portions, and stale chips. This was not an isolated bad day. It seems to be a pattern. Being hit with hot liquid is unacceptable. Being treated like you are the problem afterward is even worse. This is easily the worst Chipotle location I have been to.

  I’ve been here previously and had an awesome experience, until tonight when I stopped through the drive thru to pickup my online order. A woman with long dark brown hair and glasses came up to the window, straight faced and said “what’s the name.” No smiles, no greeting. Whatever. Told her the name, she leaves and grabs it. Told her thank you so much and her response was “yup.” Literally the most unfriendly service I’ve ever experienced, coming from someone who also works food service. You chose to work there, be kinder.
