Speaks so quietly I can barely hear her, slams the window shut, and mutters “have a good day” while staring at me with a completely blank face. I would typically assume she was having a bad day if it was a one time occurrence, but this is her behavior every time she works the drive thru. Definitely needs to be trained how to interact with others if she’s going to be working the first and second windows. She honestly sucks the positivity out of the experience of getting a treat and makes it awkward.
