  To start off on my mc chicken I asked for light mayo and they added a bite sized little bit on it and you can even look it up on Google but we asked for crinkle cut pickles and they said they cant do that even though they didn't even have tomato so we didn't get tomatos on our sandwiches and they didn't even give us normal pickles!!! The service was horrible because we got so much disrespectful attitude and omg the manager is so bad. They need to learn their respect for customers before they go talking to them like that

  Terrible customer service. They are rationing their fries, so they sit longer and you get half a container of stale barely salted fries. They said they measure out their fries by weight. Good for her for being a loyal mc donalds worker and making sure we don't get too much.

  My chicken cold and my coffee as well . My order was off was supposed to be spicy ! It must be the wether (1star) waste of 20$

  Worst McDonald's we've ever eaten at. Complained that my Chicken sandwich was old, dried out and dark brown. Staff said nope. It's fine.

  I used the app to order the 40-piece nuggets and used my rewards for a free iced coffee. Gave my number at the drive-thru and got my receipt at the first window. I was third in line and it went real smooth. Outstanding. Got my food, pulled out onto the road and headed back toward my place. I grabbed a chicken nugget out of the top box and just about burned my face off from how fresh it was. Thought to myself I should let those cool off. So I opened the box up and set it on my passenger's seat. You could feel the heat radiating out from it. Decided to open the second box too just to prevent any condensation from forming and making the breading mushy. The lid to the second box wasn't even warm. So I popped it open and reached in to find luke-warm nuggets. I found that strange so I pulled one out and bit into it. It tasted like it was ancient. The breading wasn't crispy in any way, the meat was chewy and just warm, and the flavor was lacking to say the least. I literally dumped the nuggets out the window (not the box) though I am unsure if wildlife will even eat them. Clearly one batch was fresh. The other was far from it. Why not just give all fresh? Or mix them in an attempt to hide it? Or even throw the old ones back in the fryer to spruce them up if you're that worried about food waste. Very unhappy with the food experience at this McDonald's location.
