- TWTrenton WhitakerApr 3, 20261.0I know this sounds crazy and I hope video footage can be pulled. But today around 5PM I came in with my family. I ordered a Jetty punch with energize. I think I saw several pills in the smoothie before she blended but didnt think anything of it until now near midnight. Im wired like never in my life. And I've had the its too late for that energy drink before bed time and this is not that. Please management check the video footage.
- MMmnstrhpMar 15, 20262.0Went in today for 2 mango monsoons and even while we ordered the guy who rang us out (Luke W was the name on the recipt) was extreamly rude, we asked about the app offer and he rudely told us it dosnt work if you sign up for the app today, we understood but his tone acted like we were extreamly stupid. Not only did the smoothies we get taste wrong amd when we asked of they could remake it he interrupted the girl who helped us and said "I got this" while having just ran around like a chicken with his head cut off (there was just us on the store) amd acted like it was a huge inconvience. the smoothies werent blended properly amd he kept asking us if we were "sure we ordered the right thing" My order history shows all i order is the mango monsoon so I know what I ordered. Really horrible service and if that is your manager or team lead he dosent have the communication skills to handle it. I wasnt angry, or rude or raised my voice the only reason im even leaving 2 stars is because the girl was very kind to us.
