  Once a week I treat myself to Taco Bell, this is the closest location to my office. I go in and order the same thing. The food is good and the staff is generally friendly, but I am afraid I will have to stop going to this location. Nearly every time I have been in there, in recent memory, there is a elderly man sitting at the booth closest to the pop machine that appears to be loitering. The man himself is quiet and seems to keep to himself, the problem is that he likes to listen to video clips on his phone at maximum volume... on repeat. Over and over and over again. Max volume. I look forward to my daily time away from my office, I look forward to my weekly lunch out, I do not however look forward to listening to the same video clip on repeat for the entire duration of my meal. I don't need complete silence, but a little consideration by this man or the staff (he has clearly been given the OK to sit here and loiter by the staff/management) would be nice. I'm going to try somewhere else next week, like a construction site or an airport runway.

  Service is slow. AI in the drive through messed up my order and staff refused to correct it. Food is alright, but I’ve never felt proud of my life choices afterward.

  Probably the best taco bell I have been too the food is always on point. I've never had a negative situation with any of the staff they're friendly.

  everything here is always awful, i am never one to make a review even but i don’t understand how one place can mess up so much. every time i visit, my food is extremely awful. its either super hot or very cold, all the sour cream is shoved into a corner for one single bite, there is never seasoning on the nacho fries or any item for that matter. i’ve tried to come here again and again hoping it was one bad experience but ive started driving longer just to get decent quality taco bell because of this locations consistency to mess up orders. it is almost baffling how bad they do every single time, it literally feels like it takes effort to be this bad at something. the amount of times i’ve had burnt food or something missing that it already comes with is shocking. do better. i wish i could give 0 stars
