  Yesterday I got the new huntryx meal and they forgot my shake I was in a rush to get home so I didn’t bother going in to get it today I got the big arch burger one of my favorites and they forgot to put on the onions 😭 i usually don’t leave a review unless it’s a good one but i swear it’s always this McDonald’s messing up😩

  First thing on my order was sauce and still didnt get any sauce for my fries. Even asked at pickup window if sauce was in the bag and was told yes. Told drivethru worker my order and all that was heard was sauce.

  My fiancé and kids stopped here tonight, we aren’t originally from the Howell area but we had a great experience Austin was great. He was fast, professional, and had excellent customer service at the drive-through. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and he even gave some good recommendations around here. Service like that makes a big difference. I would definitely drive back here again just because of the great customer service I received.
