I guess that meant 2 of the 3 were chosen to be ice free but that last one had ice. I asked nicely if she could make the 3rd one no ice. Idk why she huffed snatched it outta my hand and said yes really rude like. It's like it was a surprise that I wanted no ice in that one as well. I ordered NO ICE at drive thru speaker. And at least 2-3 people are listening on the headset so no excuse. You want me to pay these outlandish prices then I know this inst mcdonalds but I want my order the way I order it. No it's ands or buts.
