    My order is never right! I do my best every time I use fast food to not make a bunch of substitutions. I’m not picky but when I would like something taken off an item I aspect as much

    It was lunch time so the wait is understandable, but food was terrible. Quesadilla wasn't cooked enough so it was falling apart, soft taco just tasted horrible. Weird taste to the beef, and lettuce. Absolute waste of money smh

    I stopped in Taco Bell while traveling for a quick bite, but ended up walking out to dine elsewhere. When I walked in to order, I was directed to a large touch screen to place my order. I had to scroll through several long pages and sub-pages of menu attempting to find some tacos and a drink. After three minutes or more, I gave up and asked the person at the counter if I could simply place my order without having to use their "gadget". The person at the counter literally walked away and ignored me. I will never bother going to Taco Bell again. They can keep their AI menu and lousy fast food.
