I don’t know how they mess up one of the easiest things on the menu with only cheese and chicken but it had once went crusted on the side of every quesadilla and wet lettuce jammed into the crunch wrap. The manager ‘Monique’ I spoke to before hung up on me without telling me how to get the refund and then claimed through another employee on the phone that I would have to come back to get a refund in the frozen rain. Do better for others, the only thing I wanted is a refund for paying so much for horrible service and food.

They jacked their prices up so much. $10 for a small bowl, $3 for a bean burrito, and then it's flat with hardly anything in it. How does this place even stay in business? I'm done with Taco Bell. You guys have lost your minds. Charging unreasonable prices for what you get. Why waste $10 to get a small power bowl for tiny portions, when I can go to Qdoba and a loaded burrito bowl for like $1 more? And the food quality is arguably better there. Also La Finca is much better too, and only a little more. Taco Bell has lost their mind.
