This place is next to the Livingston county step program for the special needs adults . The staff at subway is so rude to these adults. If the students have issues as far as using a credit card I witnessed the way the staff was treating these adults. Unacceptable I felt horrible for these young adults. Discrimination at its finest disgusting behavior by the employees.

The female manager was extremely rude. Would not give the buy one footlong get one for a dollar. She said only on the app, even when the app wouldn't work.
Worst customer experience I've encountered in a while. I retired from a customer service business. I would never employ a person with this type of attitude.

Bearded gentlemen was very rude had an attitude the whole time.Could not see a name.The other who rang and told us it was just a busy day but that is no excuse.will not return.
