And then upon leaving just closed the window without saying anything, I got the wrong sandwich. Jessica was my cashier. Everytime I come to panera, which I have always loved, it gets worse and worse. Ive received cold chicken on my sandwich, missing ingredients, sloppily made(almost everything on one side of the sandwich) and bad service. Im really over it

The Asiago bagel chicken Roma sandwich and the rustic potato soup were both excellent. They looked exactly like the photo, which also incredibly rare. I don’t give out 5 stars for atmosphere at chain restaurants, but the rest of this review is 5 stars!
