We had a gift card that we were having trouble redeeming and ended up just using a credit card. There were signs to pick up our cups. There were none available and the kitchen staff didn't offer us any as we stood waiting. We had a seat and waited for our order. Our pager went off. We picked up our food, asked for our cups with the staff asking how many and what size. Set our food down for drinks, and we're finally ready to eat. I was given the wrong size cup ( not a problem, refills available), wrong soup and my son's bacon mac n cheese had no bacon. I went to the counter where I was ignored. Then spoke loudly after several frustrations. The soup was replaced, bacon added, and a vague apology was given. But we will not return to this location.

Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup online for drive-through pick up, when I arrived the line was not very long (1 car at the speaker in front of me) but I sat in the drive-through line for 20 minutes before even getting to the speaker. And then about 10 more minutes before getting to the window. I understand it was dinner time and it was on the busy side but that is a little extreme. And then wasn’t even given an apology for the long wait.
