They shorted me on my order and when I went back through the drive thru they screwed my order up yet again for a second time and there is no excuse for this as I was tge only one in the drive thru Very incompetent but this is why there are proper child labor laws in place.
- SASean AllenNov 18, 20251.0Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place came on November 18th 2025 at this location. Went here and ordered two burgers for a total of $20.65. Handed the young, girl behind the counter two 20’s and she proceeds to punch 21 into the register and only hands back 35 cents. I then tell her, “I handed you two 20’s”, and she ADMITS that she did and she runs to get her manager. Manager tells me she needs to count her drawer before she can give me my money back and after counting the drawer she tells me that her drawer is $19 short so she can’t give me my money back. I’m obviously upset so the manager starts freaking out and proceeds to call the police. The manager then gives me back 20 dollars and then refuses to make our food. So this McDonald’s STOLE 20 dollars from me, refused to take my order and then proceeded to call the cops. I’m currently in the process of filing a complaint through corporate and potentially exploring filing a police report for theft. At this point it’s just principle, I’d tell that McDonald’s to keep the 20 dollars if you just fire your manager.
