  I love the people who work here and their hospitality. I am always pleased with the respect and patience of their staff. However I am often disappointed with the out come of my order. For an example I ordered an online meal deal tonight. A double cheeseburger with extra pickle AND onion with the 1.00 nugget with honey mustard included. My burger came without the extra onion and my nuggets came without the sauce. As someone who used to work at Mcdonalds , I understand mistakes happen. These mistakes happen often at this store, making the experience less pleasant. I love this store and I fear they may be under staffed, burnt out or maybe even not trained properly. Outside of the mistakes in order they are very clean, respectful and timely. Im not trying to leave a bad review but instead I hope to bring to light the areas in which they can improve. Keep up the good work guys, I know its not easy 🥰

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place came on November 18th 2025 at this location. Went here and ordered two burgers for a total of $20.65. Handed the young, girl behind the counter two 20’s and she proceeds to punch 21 into the register and only hands back 35 cents. I then tell her, “I handed you two 20’s”, and she ADMITS that she did and she runs to get her manager. Manager tells me she needs to count her drawer before she can give me my money back and after counting the drawer she tells me that her drawer is $19 short so she can’t give me my money back. I’m obviously upset so the manager starts freaking out and proceeds to call the police. The manager then gives me back 20 dollars and then refuses to make our food. So this McDonald’s STOLE 20 dollars from me, refused to take my order and then proceeded to call the cops. I’m currently in the process of filing a complaint through corporate and potentially exploring filing a police report for theft. At this point it’s just principle, I’d tell that McDonald’s to keep the 20 dollars if you just fire your manager.

  My wife goes to the drive-through total is $20.65. She hands the person two $20 bills they give her back $.35 and change she complained she asked for a manager. They refused to help her until she continued to complain. they then gave her back the $20.65 gave her no food so my wife is now out $19.35. No big deal 20 bucks. It’s the principle of the Pointe this place is horrendous. It’s terrible do not do business here they should shut this down or McDonald’s corporate should take this place over.

  Great Deals on Sm, Md, Lg Drinks, Service is SO SLOW. Seating options are crowded and not comfortable.

  Not cheap and not at all close to being fast. Every time I have come here, they take forever to give you anything. I could ask for a napkin and they'll take 30 mins Update: I'm not going to your stupid website to tell you about how crappy your place is, this is me telling you.
