    Jimmy John's... It is time for a personnel change! You are employing an absolute monster at your store. I have NEVER been so embarrassed for another employee, ever! The man pictured was repeatedly demeaning, losing his patience with, and unnecessarily lecturing his poor partner, a sweet young lady. Came in to pick up a large to-go order and the entire time I was there, until the young lady left for a delivery, this guy was on her about something. She broke down in tears at one point. Absolutely a tragedy that someone in charge is treating their new employees like he did. There were several customers in the restaurant at the time, and even if providing corrective action was necessary, putting her on blast in front of customers is never the move. This guy's been at your store for over a year and with the company for 3+ (I asked him). It's apparent you have managing and staffing problems at this store, but if he's your only option for filling shifts, it'd be better for you guys to close your doors. Such a sad experience. I will not be visiting this location again.

    Placed and online order and when I showed up 30 minutes later they never made my order because their toaster was broken and I didn't find out about a problem with completing my order until I drove there and walked in, thank you for wasting my time.

    Won’t take a 50 dollar bill on a 42 dollar order which is asinine, I’d understand if it was like a 10 dollar order. Also watched the a dude leave from cleaning the bathroom with no gloves on and go right to making sandwiches. I suggest you get your food elsewhere.
