My son got a refresher- it was so gross he wouldn't even drink it, asked for a vanilla sprinkle donut, got a chocolate one, and 10munchkins (asked for assorted without chocolate) and got all chocolate. I never leave reviews like this, but I tried calling to see how they could fix the situation because i was already into Howell on my way to work and they wont even answer the phone. Highly recommend just going to the one on D19. They have never gotten my order wrong, are always so kind and it is just better.

BEWARE do not go to this location. There should be a protocol in place to make sure this does not happen. Not to mention I work too hard to have stuff like this go to waste with my hard earned money.

I've seen her on busy days inside the store just pushing to help the morning weekend crowd. She is strong and I appreciate her and her team immensely. Thanks guys!
