  I have been coming here m-f since opening.. service has gone down at a steady pace today my order was taken for the 1000th time and when I got to the window I was handed a medium not a large I told then im sorry this is incorrect I ordered a large. They took it back put ice in a large cup dumped my medium in it and gave it back to me...... they even put the medium coffee sticker on my large cup. Absolutely a joke you people need to take some accountability, this is the only dunkin I've EVER been to that constantly messes up almost ever order.

  Two separate times by the same person they don’t put cream in my coffee and the color is off, you might not be able to tell but I know what color my coffee is because I get it every day and this is way darker. It tastes watered down with no flavor and then I got a donut and it looks like they grabbed it and made it look like that and still decided to give it to me. The workers always hand you the smallest straw even for large drinks. And When they hand you your items, they go runoff to something else so there’s nobody there to get their attention so they can fix your drink. It’s not even the younger kids that messed up the cream in my coffee. It’s the adults. One time I got cold foam on my coffee and they waited to put it on like they should, but she handed it to me without it and the drink was not even close to the top so she handed me a drink that was not even full and thought it was normal apparently. And alot of times they forget the cold foam so the don’t read the label right.

  Horrible place to go. They will not wait on the walk in customers at this location. The workers are lazy and just want to chat with each other. I will never use a dunkin or mugg and bopps after this disappointment.
