I’ve gone here every morning for the last week and get the same coffee. And everyday it was made incorrectly. I repeated myself 3+ times at the speaker cause it was incorrect on the screen and was still made incorrectly. You’re either better off going to the other location or doing a mobile pick up order since they can’t seem to understand a simple 3 ingredient coffee. Waste of time and money.

I’ve been going to This Dunkin’ Donuts location for three years and I’ve just had enough. I always order ahead on the mobile app at least 30 minutes in advance and 3/4 Times I had to go back up to the counter because they forgot part of my food and or they put the order in different places on the shelves instead of together. And every single time I kid you not Their customer service is horrible, I mean, not even a “ Oh, I’m so sorry. Let me get that for you.” They’re just so rude about it. Whoever manages this place really needs to talk to their employees about customer service or better yet teach them to finish an order before they put it out I mean, how hard can it be?

Should have took a photo before I threw my food out. I go to this Dunkin at least once a week, the $6 meal deal is an awesome deal I’ve been buying. However they don’t know how to cook bacon. I shouldn’t be nervous to eat my food because the bacon is undercooked. I’m not sure if it comes pre cooked or if they cook it themselves but half my bacon was rubbery and white (undercooked) I will say though, the lady today (around 1pm) in the drive through window was incredibly kind and in great spirits. I’m not sure if she’s new but I see her working the drive through a lot now. I forgot to add oat milk to my coffee (my mistake) and she was happy to get me a little cup of it to add to my coffee. Kindest worker I’ve been helped by here. Wish I got her name, she deserves a raise! Fix the bacon cooking issue please & I would order more often! Also the “maple sugar bacon sandwich” seems to NOT have the issue of undercooked bacon as much. But not part of the $6 deal. Thanks for reading!

I go to this Dunkin quite frequently (5 times or more a week) I even buy donuts & coffee for my employees sometimes. The other day, I got a coffee and was very ill afterwards. Today, I went and noticed instead of giving me a decaf, they gave me a regular. I'm not allowed to have caffeine with the medication that I am currently taking. I feel maybe this is what happened the other day. Not sure if the women was new but have not seen her before. Also found it rude to yell my coffee order when it was just the two of us in there at the time. Anyways glad I seen it was the wrong order before I drink any of it. Waste of gas, and money to order. I had to dump it out.

There are moments in every culinary journey when one must set aside pretension and seek truth. I found mine at 7:42 a.m. inside the Mug & Bop’s on Pinckney Road — that hallowed ground where espresso, gasoline, and destiny converge. The ambience is strikingly minimalist: a symphony of humming coolers, the soft glow of fluorescent enlightenment, and a faint whiff of unleaded 87 mingling with the seductive aroma of glazed pastries. Here, form follows function — and both are slightly sticky. The coffee, presented in a biodegradable chalice emblazoned with “Dunkin’,” is bold, assertive, and unapologetically industrial. One sip and you can practically taste the ambition of the American worker — a roast so strong it could power the air compressor out back. The Boston Kreme is the star of the tasting menu: its custard center bursting forth like a sunrise over a Michigan rest stop. The chocolate glaze, though simple, achieves an alchemical balance between sweetness and regret. Paired with the coffee, it evokes memories of love, loss, and Monday mornings. Staff move with the unhurried grace of seasoned artisans — crafting breakfast sandwiches with the kind of quiet confidence usually reserved for Parisian pâtissiers. Their choreography, performed between the donut rack and the lottery machine, could move a grown man to tears. One might dismiss this establishment as a mere convenience, but that would be to miss its essence entirely. Within these walls, humanity gathers — construction boots beside yoga pants — all seeking the same holy trinity: caffeine, sugar, and redemption. As I stepped back into the cold Michigan air, cardboard cup in hand, I realized: this was not a pit stop. It was a pilgrimage. Final Verdict: A transcendent exploration of fried dough and existential purpose. Mug & Bop’s Dunkin’ — proof that Michelin stars can shine even under fluorescent light.
