I always order ahead on the mobile app at least 30 minutes in advance and 3/4 Times I had to go back up to the counter because they forgot part of my food and or they put the order in different places on the shelves instead of together. And every single time I kid you not Their customer service is horrible, I mean, not even a “ Oh, I’m so sorry. Let me get that for you.” They’re just so rude about it. Whoever manages this place really needs to talk to their employees about customer service or better yet teach them to finish an order before they put it out I mean, how hard can it be?
