    Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m still baffled by what just happened. I ordered a Turkey Ruben, a 4 piece mozzarella stick and a medium coke. The young man who took my order asked if I wanted any sauce, I said no. I pulled up to the window and the nice young man who took my order took my payment and gave me my coke. Another employee came to the window with my order and asked if I wanted any sauce. I realized I would need ranch for the mozzarella sticks so I asked for ranch. He gave me a weird look and said, you don’t want marinara? (Apparently he had put marinara in my bag). I looked at him puzzled and said no to the marinara. I received my order and drove forward. I then reached in the bag to pull out the Turkey Ruben. When I opened it, I noticed it was corned beef not Turkey. I then pulled back around and went back to the drive thru window and told the nice young man that my sandwich was supposed to be turkey and tried to hand it to him. He apologized, said they cannot take back food and they would get me a new sandwich. Next thing I know, the other employee who originally handed me my order came to the window saying that I had ordered corned beef, that’s what they rang up and that they all have headsets on. Baffled, I stated that I had ordered Turkey. He seemed very irritated with me then asked for the incorrect sandwich back. I did get the correct sandwich the second time, but was so disappointed with the interaction that I thought about giving my whole order back and asking for a refund. Had I not just come from getting my blood drawn after fasting, I would have. All I can think is how sorry I feel for the other employees who have to work with this angry for no reason person. I will not be returning to this location again.

    Driest beef and cheddar ive ever had.. only gave me 1 sauce packet for my sandwich and fries

    Awesome sliders. Somehow I don't know why I give Arby's a pass. But whenever I make the choice, always enjoyed the experience.

    The Smoke House Brisket meal. It was so flavorful and delicious. The fries was hot everyone working af the Arby’s was in a great mood. Made me think back to the good days of The Chicken Cordon Blu. Nice music playing. Great experience indeed!
