  We specifically asked for no sour cream no spicy ranch no lettuce and yet they still didn’t follow directions the managers that answered phone call was highly rude do not recommend this place because apparently following customer’s instructions is more than they can handle maybe go back to training on customer service before hiring people who can’t even read. We even requested no sour cream on anything yet apparently they can’t read and waited for an hour and yet they still got it wrong definitely will go somewhere else especially a place that can read directions properly

  Dirty inside, and our orders are never correct when modified. Frustrating when you pay for something extra and they don't do it. Management needs to step it up here, especially with cleaning and the employee attitudes.

  Waiting 30 minutes for our order after ordering at the kiosk before going to the counter because they are known to be horribly slow, once someone finally came to the counter they said they didn’t even have our order and they had bumped it and were focusing on drive thru. Said they would start it now. So overall we waiting 45 minutes for a dine in fast food order.

  New taco bell but service is fairly poor , training can definitely be improved.
