  Daughters order was messed up, had sour cream when asked for none and no added guacamole as ordered.. all orders of burritos had Lettuce mixed into the meat, which I've never had at any location ever up til this point, and as a meat and cheese only person this completely ruined my meal

  Worst taco bell ever. Horribly slow. I placed an order then my daughters placed theirs. We go to pick them up and my daughters came out and mine didn't. When I asked about it they tell me the orders were coming in out of order. We stood there waiting 15 minutes while my daughter's food got cold and they eventually gave me mine. They did give me coupons for a free taco but with the slow service at this location I doubt i will be back. When I opened up the quesadilla it was a wadded up tortilla that was folded over and mostly empty shell. Worst part is this wasn't the first of the horrible experiences. The last time I ordered i went in and waited 10 minutes and they then told me they didn't get the order yet. I told them to cancel it then and left, but was still charged the next day.

  I'm not sure if alot of people are review bombing because they didn't want the taco bell here. But we've gone a few times and each time we've waited less then 5 minutes for our food. The food was hot and good. For everyone complaining about the drive thru get out of your car and walk 20 steps inside. It's a smaller then regular sized tacobell. When there are 10 cars in line during dinner rush of course you'll be sitting there for extended periods. Quit crying

  Ordered 61.00 in food. Drive thru, found long hairs in the nacho bell grande. Guy in jeans grey shirt big hoop earrings rings, rubber bands in beard no hair or beard net, his nails were painted blue and he was not wearing gloves. Looked totally unprofessional for food service. He was helping cook food. Ordered a crunch wrap supreme which we cut in half at home and there was no meat in it, ALL cheese lettuce and tomatoes no taco meat. Very VERY disappointed in our first experience at Howard City Taco Bell. Probably won't ever go back. 👎👎👎👎👎

  I have given the new taco bell a few chances because its new and they need to get there rythem. But waiting in line for over 20 mins for 2 beefy five layers when there was only 1 car in front of me is a little ridiculous or tonight we have waited 40 mins so far and are still not at the window and all we ordered was a 9$ box and a number 1 supreme. I can bring up more experiences with this taco bell. Id say go when there not busy it would be ok but they proved that wrong when I waited over 20 mins in line just for 2 beefy 5 layers... get it together taco bell we where all excited howard city was getting you and now its nothing but a disappointment
