  I ordered the chicken bacon ranch street chalupas and they looked and tasted like garbage

  Pretty disgusting 🤢 called back bc I drove 20 min to grab something quick to eat with the fam after spending hours in the hospital and just wanting to eat quick and get the kids to bed and I get all the way home to open up our food and see the new nuggets they are selling look like this! The smaller portions were rock solid! In addition, I purchased crunchy tacos that i unfortunately did not take pics of (wish I would have took pics of everything just to show how the rest of the food looked too) that were also the same color and rock hard! I don’t know who believes this is acceptable to serve any customer but new training or maybe just a whole new night staff is necessary! Honestly the soft shell tacos appeared as if they were soaked in water! The cheesy fiesta potatoes had less than a teaspoon of cheese on them no sour cream at all, my burritos were half open in the wrapper…. & we were missing food! I am beyond disappointed! After spending just over $65 to feed my family I do NOT expect food to be this horrible! I get its fast food but come on! I’ve never experienced anything like this! Upon reaching out to the manager on duty, I was a little disappointed in his customer service skills! He didn’t seem too apologetic. The one apology I got was the least sincere thing I’ve heard in my life. If I’m being 100% honest when I expressed my concerns, it was almost like he knew I’d be calling and why. He knew the food was not acceptable and still sent it out hoping we’d not be able to reach out before closing! The manager offered to fix the meal the next time I came back but then that would mean my family would have had but 2 burritos and 2 nacho fries to split between the 5 of us we decided to make the 20 min trip back and hope for the best! When ending the call, I was told to have a blessed night in a very sarcastic manner! The audacity was appalling! I just can’t imagine working in the food industry and being ok with serving people food like this and charging as much as they do! Never again! I’ll never recommend this location! They need much better training and management! I truly hope corporate gets a chance to see this and take this into consideration and makes the necessary changes this location requires to make it a successful business!

  It's a shame this place is so slow. Howard City needed a new place, but you can drive to Newaygo and get your food faster including the drive. 15-20 mins is what the average wait in line is, just as slow inside.

  Multiple orders wrong and today ordered online with a 20 minute drive and still wasn't even started being made, canceled order and now waiting on my refund.

  Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, I went inside and saw the teenagers "making my food" joking around with one another. I use the term "making" very loosely as after I paid in cash they didn't start making any sort of food for another 5 minutes, when I finally got my food it had lettuce in it ( specifically requested no lettuce ) and also had hair in it ( probably from the employee with a beard and no beard net ) the blonde young man who took my order was nice and apologized profusely for what happened and had my food remade but the overall visit was terrible. I was given coupons but I will not ever be going back to that Taco Bell again to ever use them. My daughter is obsessed with Taco Bell and has also had a complaint almost every time she has went but won't ever write a review.
