- AKAaron KazmakiJul 19, 20251.0My bf walked in at 4:45 pm 7/19/25 to pick up a mobile order. The girl at the counter asked one question if it was to pick up a said mobile order. He confirmed it and she picked it up, handed to him, and left without a word to goof off with her friend sitting on the counters in the back. No one should be sitting on counters in food service as it's very unsanitary. She also never handed him the drinks we ordered so we had to grab them from the fridge. They caused an unwelcoming display and uncomfortable/awkward situation. I do not appreciate being given food while someone is sitting on the counter where food is kept. The food was fine but the amount of terrible customer service is disgraceful and disrespectful. We got sick after eating the sandwiches. I'm talking flu/fever type sickness right after eating them. - service was terrible - food was decent until we both got sick - highly unsanitary environment
