  I ordered an ice-cream Birthday cake online - then had to add to the original text (in another color) PLUS change my pick up time to later on the same day. The lady at the counter was super nice & really understanding.

  My mom, sister and I went through the drive thru and ordered four blizzards. No issues with the blizzards. My issue is with the customer service. We get to the window and we can see there’s roughly about three workers working. But they’re all in the back area talking as we are waiting for our blizzards. My mom asks if we could get lids on them. The girl looked irritated when my mom asked this proceeds to take the spoon out of the blizzard and whips it in the trash. And gives my mom a nasty eye roll. She does eventually end up putting lids on all four blizzards but it’s the lids for the Julius drinks. I didn’t appreciate the attitude over a lid. Poor customer service
