So we moved up with the other 3 or so vehicles that were waiting. 30 minutes later, employee says we are still waiting on the Mc Crispy it'll be 6 more minutes or we can substitute for something else. We substituted and finally got our food. At least the fries we fresh. Remember when fast food was fast??

First window is for paying and second window is for being told to go park in the lot while we take 20 minutes to bring your order out in 3 trips forgetting fries, sauces and drink just to have to get out of my car and go inside anyways. Wrong food. Missing items. Cold. Long wait. Never going here again. Must be the randoms from the freeway keeping this place afloat.

She then half flings half drops my money into my hand and onto the ground. Pull forward to be told to pull forward and wait. 10 min goes by before I get some kid telling me they cant make my drink. Then another few minutes for the burger and fry. Then a few more minutes for the drink and then a few more minutes for the second free drink which I had to change. Long wait. Bad service. They had to come to my truck 4 times for my $9 order. Their slogan there is we are so sorry, we apologize. You'll hear it 15 times for 10 bucks.
