  Worst McDonald’s Experience Every. Single. Time I genuinely don’t know what this McDonald’s has going on, but it is *consistently* the slowest fast-food place I’ve ever been to. And the most ridiculous part? They make you **pull forward and wait** for *everything* even the most basic items. I’m talking a plain cheeseburger or a small fry, and somehow I’m sitting in a parking spot for 10+ minutes like I ordered a five-course meal. What really blows my mind is they’ll tell you to pull ahead even when **there is literally no one else in the drive-thru**. No cars behind me. No cars in front of me. No reason at all other than trying to fake their drive-thru times so it looks like they’re fast when they definitely aren’t. Every visit is the same: slow service, long waits, and the feeling that they’re more worried about their metrics than actually giving customers decent service. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This place needs a reset.

  Waited 20 minutes in the lobby for a 10piece fry and coke absolutely ridiculous not busy at all. And when I finally get my food the nuggets arnt even fresh. Get your crap together I use to work ay mcdonalds its not that hard. And if it takes way longer then usual you apologize or at least give something extra.

  Every time I come here I have to pull to side out of the drive thru and wait. Today I waited for 15 minutes, got home realized I missing 2 items. Tried to call and no one answers, have you leave a message. I will not be coming back to this location again.

  This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. To be completely honest, they should either clean house and get new employees, or they should close this location. Every time I go here, you always have to pull around and wait for about 25-30 minutes. They run out of parking spaces so you have to wrap around the building, and it is a wreck waiting to happen. Tonight, I went to give this location 1 more try and I wish I did not. I ordered the regular Bacon Ranch McCrispy. Tell me why my sandwich didn’t have chicken. 😭😭 It had the sauce, 2 pieces of bacon, lettuce and tomato. I went inside the store once already because they forgot the sauces that I ordered thru the app. I flagged an employee down that was running orders and I showed them my sandwich. They took it back, otherwise I would have taken a picture. 😂They came back about 10 seconds later, and this sandwich had sauce everywhere in the bag with no pickles… First world problems I know, but it just sucks spending money on such a waste of time and food.

  This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been. I recently moved here and I stop by about twice per month. They have the drive thru line pull off to the side because they cannot keep up. However, I have waited over 40 minutes before for them to run it out which is insane. This last time I paid at 12:51 and went inside at 1:05 to get a refund which was processed at 1:09. I understand waiting and fast food but, come on. If I wanted to wait 20 mins I could go to a legit restaurant. The drive-thru staff is always rude. I always try to make sure to tell them to have a great day, I usually am never even told it back. It’s just an unpleasant experience almost every time I go there. Unfortunately, I will probably start going to the Burger King next door even though I do not like them as much.
