- CKChris Krus3 days ago1.0Like the reviews before me, this is one of the worst McDonald's I've been to in the last several years. Drive thru wait times are typically at least 15 minutes. Food is cold when they do finally bring it out to you. I wish this restaurant would get new owners and management. I highly suggest avoiding this restaurant and driving up the road a few miles to the next McDonald's in Lansing. You will get better service and your food will arrive in a reasonable amount of time.

I had to wait like another 15 minutes. That means from the time I ordered on the app to the time I picked it up was about 45 minutes...I can get quicker service at a casual dining restaurant and it's not too much more and taste better!

It’s a very, very, very slow McDonald’s and I’m not really sure why there second drive-through speaker (the one farthest from the building) Is even running because nobody is ever there to take an order. You always have to go to the first one no matter how many times you say something nobody’s gonna answer so that’s extremely infuriating for people that I haven’t even been to this McDonald’s before and don’t know that. The cashier is almost never in a good mood unless it’s the man with the long hair. He is very nice, but most of them have no emotion in their voice or sound pleased to greet you.
