They didn't have mustard, and the staff was sub par. Bathrooms were not clean.

While I’ve been a lifetime Wendy’s enjoyer, today was the last time I will patronize their restaurants.
I just had a burger that was about as thick as a sheet of paper; seriously, I thought they had forgotten the patty until I peeled apart my shredded lettuce to find a 1/32 oz. Patty. I’m familiar with shrinkflation, but this was beyond the pale of thrifty. Also had a chicken sandwich that was undersized, filling up perhaps 2/3rds of the bun. It tasted like a sheet of cardboard swirled around in some chicken stock. Texturally it was as satisfying as chewing on a pair of crocs. I’m not a highbrow foodie, but I literally could not eat this food.
I have never come close to this bad of a fast food experience before. I am livid.

Annoyed that part of my order has been missed and I do not have a receipt for my purchase. Not really hard to complete an order especially when slow. Please do better. I shouldn’t have to always check to make sure four items or less are in the carry out order.
