  On lunch I waited 10 minutes in drive thru line before I even ordered food. It was only three vehicles in line. Got to the window, and asked Bethany why it took so long, she said cause it's lunch time, well it was after 1 o'clock. I then proceeded to say that's not an excuse, to have to wait that long. Bethany got an attitude and slammed the window. She will be the reason I will not come back. I will say food was hot and good.

  This place is always a cluster and they just ask the customer to adjust, never offer anything for you putting up with their lack of working machines or employees. Food is still good, but the customer serve is awful.

  This location rarely has baked potatoes, no matter what time you go. The staff clearly hates their jobs and give indifferent customer service. I can go to any other location in town and get a baked potato, but not the one 1/4 of a mile from me. Wendy’s food is pretty average to bad these days so you’d think they would give a rip about the customers who still show up, but I have complained about that location’s issues to no avail. The district manager either doesn’t care or is just grateful that warm bodies show up to work. Save your $ and time and just go somewhere else. That’s what I just did.

  Wow...WENT 11 MOKES FORNA LARGE CHILI...WALKED IN AND NOBODY THERE 4 PEOPLE WAITING KNOCKING CALLING OUT....THEN 3 PEOPLE EMERGE WEARING EAR BUDS ONE TEXTING ON GUY HAD A HEAD OF HAIR THE SIZE OF A FERN NO HAIR NETS NOT WASHING HANDS AFTER CELL PHONE USE ...ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING NOT CLEAN THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF......OR HERSELF...WOW...SITTING HOME WHILE THE BUSINESS GOES TO CRAP

  Food was cold and the soda tasted like disinfectant was in it. When said something to the lady she gave a dirty look and shut the window. Now 1 in South Haven Mi is a good one to go to but sometimes out of cookies but everything else good and friendly people. Not young stuck up kids that only want smoke and talk.
